Aperi’s A1105 platform is being used for weekly national live sports contribution of Tico compressed 4k content. The content is multiple live sports leagues and signals are transported from venues to centralized production sites over a native IP Ethernet network using 10GbE connections.

Blackmagic Teranex Mini IP Video 12G can be configured to be either be a source or a destination. As a source, the video input is converted to IP using a TICO encoder. This source can then be received by a second unit configured to be a destination. The IP stream is received via the IP connection and decoded to SDI video.

Teranex Mini IP Video 12G supports 3G-SDI over 1Gb/s or 12G-SDI using an optional 10Gb/s data connection.

The optional Smart Panel or the setup utility can be used for configuration and our standard Videohub software and Blackmagic hardware panels can be used to route IP video streams from any source to any destination.

Compact single channel IP ST2022-6 card with TICO support

DELTA-ip-ST2022-6 is a dual-port 10GbE card. The main port supports up to three 3G/HD/SD SDI channels embedded in ST2022-6 datagrams with optional support for FEC streams as per ST2022-5, while the second 10GbE port is used for seamless protection switching of datagrams as per ST2022-7.

UHD formats are supported thanks to TICO RDD35 compression.
